When the leaves begin to turn and the sun starts setting earlier, most of us start thinking about the winter. For most of us, that means taking a bundle of dusty coats and jackets down to the cleaners. So before you start shopping, have a think about what sort of activities you’re likely to take part in, what sort of weather do you need to be protected from and whether you’re going to buy just one jacket or more for the coming months. If you’re only going to buy one coat for the winter, it’s definitely worth looking into the multi-function jackets offered by manufacturers like The North Face.
