Puma Jackets

Gebrüder Dassler Schuhfabrik, now known as PUMA, was founded in Herzgenaurach, Germany in 1924 by Rudolf Dassler – his brother Adolf founded Adidas. The Dasslers, it would seem, had an inkling for what athletes really needed from their sports shoes. Dassler shoes adorned the feet of many winners during the 1936 Berlin Olympics, including American Jesse Owens who won four golds. In 1948, the company name was changed to Puma Schuhfabrik Rudolf Dassler. And today, Puma AG is a public company, listed on the Börse München and Frankfurt stock exchanges. Through the years, scores of athletes have set world records, won world championships and risen to the top of their games in Puma shoes. More recently, Puma sportswear and shoes have become associated with a number of widely popular entertainers, such as musicians and movie stars and even garnered high-profile product placements in films. The company keeps up with the fast-paced and ever-changing world of popular sports by introducing and developing new products to suit trends in fitness, such as their Manhanuala collection of sportswear for Yoga practitioners.

Today, Puma keeps its legend alive by producing a vast array of shoes for competitive athletes, as well as a wide selection of sportswear, accessories and jackets. The collection of Puma sportswear for kids includes designated ranges for infants, toddlers and an age-based selection of sizes for older children. Each size range includes coats and jackets sized and styled to fit boys and girls. There are tiny Puma tracky tops for baby boys and girls; Puma tricot jackets and windbreakers for toddlers; and for older kids, Puma make a selection of windbreakers, tricot jackets and even padded coats.
